About
Rainwork Service Monitor is a Windows service that periodically checks if other services are running and restarts them if neccessary.
Function
At default, Rainwork Service Monitor starts a scan of all Windows Services once a minute and looks for all that are on Automatic Startup.
If a service is not running it will be restarted. On Success or Failure a notification to Windows Eventlog will be written.
On more than three failed restarts the service will be put on a blacklist and Rainwork Service Monitor will not try to restart it until the next Reboot.
It is also possible to maintain a blacklist of certain services that will never be restarted.
Requirements
- Windows Server 2003/2008/2008R2/2012 or Windows XP/Vista/7/8
- .NET Framework 3.5
